Abstract
The City of Saint Paul, in partnership with the International Institute of Minnesota is launching a guaranteed income pilot for refugee populations in St. Paul, MN in late Spring 2022. The program will provide $750 in unconditional cash to 25 refugee families over 12 months. The aim is to center the impact of guaranteed income for resettling refugee families in the broader guaranteed income space and to document the implementation process to inform policy practice through storytelling and qualitative methods.
