Abstract
This study will document and assess the methods and strategies a community-based social services organization uses to prevent and interrupt community violence, elucidating processes, structure, people, and decisionmaking involved in successful violence interruption. Among questions answered are who the staff are, how they are selected, what they do, and why what they do is important to them and community leaders and residents. Visit Study Website »
