Abstract

Co-Principal Investigator: Kalen Flynn - This study aims to understand the scope and mechanisms of the child support system in Cook County as an entry point to incarceration for young African American men aged 20-39, and the impact of this system on their mental health and well-being, family relationships, and lives.
